Premier Reverse Mortgage Texting Program

  1. NOTICE AND AGREEMENT
    By providing express written consent to participate in Premier Reverse Mortgage’s (PRM) text messaging program (“Texting Program”), you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing, informational, operational and/or transactional text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, by or on behalf of PRM, at the cell phone number you provide us. (“Opt-In”). Your Opt-In constitutes your agreement to all terms and conditions herein. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions below, do not Opt-In to participate in the Texting Program. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and you understand and agree that all text messages may be sent using automated technology.
  2. PROGRAM PARAMETERS
    The Texting Program may include one-time or recurring texts related to items including appointment reminders, messages concerning the progress or status of your loan, or information about PRM’s products and services. In all programs, you may text STOP to stop messaging and HELP for help. Text messages will be sent to your mobile number. Message and Data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary based upon use.
  3. OPT-IN
    By Opting-In, you (a) authorize PRM to use auto dialer and/or non-auto dialer technology to send text messages to the cell phone number associated with your Opt-In; (b) authorize PRM to include marketing content in any such messages; (c) confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number (or are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan), that you are 18+ years or older, and that you are authorized to Opt-In. You do not have to Opt-In as a condition to purchase a good/service. All Opt-Ins will include the following disclosures (or link thereto):

    By submitting your phone number, you are providing your signature and express “written” consent to having PRM periodically contact you about your inquiry and our products, promotions and services, at the phone number or address you have provided. You agree to be contacted via a live or automated prerecorded telephone call, text message, email or direct mail even if you have previously registered on any “do not call” internal, corporate, state or national Do Not Call Registry list or requested PRM to not send marketing information to you. You understand that your telephone company may impose charges on you for these contacts, and you are not required to enter into this agreement as a condition of any PRM products or services. By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.     When you opt-in to the service, you will receive a text confirmation that you have successfully opted in.

  4. OPT-OUT
    You may cancel this service at any time. If you no longer want to receive text messages from PRM, the sole and exclusive remedy is to end enrollment in the Texting Program (“Opt-Out”). You may Opt-Out at any time by responding “STOP” to any PRM message. After you send the “STOP” message you will receive a message confirming cancellation after which you will no longer receive messages from PRM once your request is processed. If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending you messages again.
  5. HELP
    Should you forget what keywords are supported, respond “HELP” to any message for Help. After you send the “HELP” message you will receive a message with Texting Program instructions including how to unsubscribe.   6. PARTICIPATING CARRIERS
    Not all mobile devices may be supported, and text messaging may not be available in all areas or via all carriers. We are generally able to deliver messages to most major phone carriers and certain minor carriers nationwide, but not all carriers may be supported. PRM and any participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  7. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
    Message and Data rates may apply for any messages sent or received. Should you have questions about your text or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
  8. ELIGIBILITY AND NUMBER CHANGE
    By opting into the Texting Program or by otherwise providing your cell phone number to PRM, you warrant that (1) you are 18 years of age or older and (2) you are the current subscriber or authorized user of the phone number you have provided. You must have a wireless device capable of two-way messaging and be using a participating carrier. You agree that you will not initiate messages to the mobile phone of any other person or entity without authorization.
    If your mobile number changes, please notify us immediately at info@premierreverse.com or call (800) 996-5361. Password-protecting mobile device(s) and enabling encryption, if available, is recommended.

  9. TEXTING DISCLAIMERS PRM
    is not responsible for any inaccuracies, errors, and/or omissions transmitted through, nor for results obtained from, participation in the Texting Program. The Texting Program is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no guarantee of completeness and/or accuracy and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title, non-infringement, performance, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose or use. You agree that under no circumstance will PRM or our agents, officers or employees thereof be responsible for or liable to you or anyone else for: content conveyed through text messaging (including reliance on such, incompleteness, inaccuracies), Texting Program defects, consequences of any decision (or lack thereof) based on Texting Program content. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Texting Program, or with any of these Texting Terms of Use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to end enrollment in the Texting Program. PRM likewise does not guarantee the successful delivery of text messages by your wireless provider. PRM will not be liable for losses or damages arising from non-delivery, delayed delivery, or misdirected delivery of a text message.
  10. SUBMISSIONS
    All information you submit to PRM via the Texting Program will be considered the property of PRM, and PRM is free to utilize any information you submit pursuant to its Privacy Policy.

  11. PRIVACY
    PRM will not share phone numbers with third parties for the purpose of sending SMS without explicit consent from the user. Use of the Texting Program is governed by the PRM’s Privacy Policy.

  12. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
    PRM may modify, terminate, and/or suspend your access to the Texting Program at any time, without notice including, for example, before you have received any or all messages that you otherwise would have received. PRM may also at any time discontinue providing the Texting Program, or any part thereof, with or without notice.PR
